Is Perfect Dodge set working in this server?

I tried to make my "Creator" have perfect dodge, but I still don't see any "Lucky!" on my character when hit with normal attacks.

I've already done this in another server and it is the same as KiinzRO but this server is way better than that old pile of mud.

If someone could please help me, it would be very much appreciated.

Perfect Dodge is disabled in KiinzRO, only Flee works here
