I don't think they need explanations. And from what i've understand from your post, your saying that your receiving a special treatment whenever you do something illegal? Don't be sarcastic. Finally, I just want to say its TPP not TTP.

The GM's are having event at that time,you can't expect them to organize the event and Watch TPP user at the same time
