Looting an Item is Scamming ? and BAN ?

Is theres a RULES po ba na " BAWAL " pumulot ng Drop items or Event Hat ? tapos pag pinulot = BAN ? wala nmn po ako ginawang masama dun ah, and bago po ako nag laro nito binasa ko nmn ang RULES ng Game. In the site may rules dba and binasa ko ulet if meron genung rules.


Regular Rules
1. Do not spam text or spells with noticeable effects or use area effect skills in towns if there aren't already blocked.
Don't spam Kyrie, especially in PvP to stop another Player from attacking, or attacking you.

2. Do not block NPCS in the main town (Poring Market) or any other town that has NPCS. YOU MAY put a chat 4 cell blocks away from NPCS.

3. If you have been found to be abusing bugs depending on the severity of the bug you may be banned. Failure to report a bug may also result in a jail.

4. No kill stealing. No looting. Dead Branch monsters belong to their respective spawner (Excluding MvP's). If they do not ask for help, don't touch their monster.

5. Items lost in disconnections will not be replaced, under any circumstances, unless ill reconsider.

6. Do not repeatedly ask for items/zeny. Do not deal/party/ally/guild spam anyone. Begging for items will usually get you jailed.

7. No advertising of any other private servers will be tolerated in the forums or in game. I will only take action if it is obvious you are doing so, having a general conversation about other server is currently permitted but frowned on.

8. No trading accounts/items/zeny for Real Money (in any currency). This will not be tolerated. No one will help you if you are scammed.

9. Do not have Gm or Admin in any part of your name, or names that resembles my or any other Gm's name.

10. Do not make a character with offensive names that would lead to racism/harassment. Curse words are not allowed. Players who break this rule, will be asked to delete their character, if refused, account will be banned.

11. Do not do anything that prohibits another players ability to play properly.

12. Do not use ice wall in WoE entrance maps, or ice wall prohibiting a player from reaching a destination, NPC, warp, monster, or anything else. Ice wall is there for you to shield yourself from monsters attacks, not for you to stop another player from moving.

13. Do not abuse the BC (Broadcasting). This includes harassment, insults and non-sense talking (like revealing your own life). The whole server doesn't need to know about your personal issues or problems with others.

14. Do not ask to be a GM or Sub-GM.

These rules may be changed time to time so keep an eye on them

Paki basa nalang po Wala naman dba ? and in this game ba pag tropa ng GM malakas kapit kahit kasalanan nya and aminado sya ma BABAN pren ? nakita ko ung post nya sa FB na " Hindi ko nmn sinasadya na idrop " ibig sbhn alam nya mistake nya.

di poh bwal yun., as far as i know looting an item is not illegal or a crime khit saang RO server khit sa pRO.

ang alam kong bawal khit sa pRO is you hack the item or you scam it thru dealing or trading but suppose to have a good evidence like in the case of azure which untill now is not resolved.

something fishy is happening here you should not be banned by looting an item by a careless player 99.9% sure about this unless there's 1% conspiracy issues here.malinaw na malinaw po na hnd dapat sya ma ban sana maging patas tayo sa ibang players wala akong kinakampihan sa dalawa maging patas lng sana tayo.

The reason why I banned your account was insted of returning the Event hat (NHP) or Note Headphone you've even tried to sell it, and owner of that event hat has a proof that you're the one that got it., and what if you're the one that in he's case?how would you feel?specially if it's a rare item? The Rules doesn't matter here anymore, it's commonsense that if someone drop it you must return it specially if they know that your the one that has it. Am I right? And btw for those who replied here before you post a comment make sure you know the story first. That is all and last your account was been unban even tho you did not return the item and sell it to the other player the owner of the hat already forgive you.so be thankful to him

mag kaiba poh ung rule no4 ate.. kung parehas yan siguro may dpat kinisin sa rules ng game ngaun.. ung sinabe mo poh na "Looting some ones property without permission is scam issue" di poh ako agree dyan.. for example ilaglag mo SPC mo sa Market? worse sa PVP rum? ibaban ba ung pumulot? or the other way around. ilaglag ko SPC KO sa Market? ibaban ba nila ung pumulot?? kea satingin ko poh di poh ako agree dun.every game dpat my mlinaw na written rules dpde sa isip lng we nid to be professionals. (only my opinion poh ^_^)



PS: pa help poh sa azure scamming issue eto ang tunay na scaming action pls.. tnx ^_^

Galing po ba ng Dead Branch si Last Words ? and kasalanan ko po ba na iDrop nya un ? na pinag yayabang nya tapos nung na BAN ako , ako pa ung naging TANGA. ?

Sana nag lagay dn ng rule na :

No Looting of Event hat of GM's Friends.


Para alam namin kung pano kame gagalaw , Ako pagiging bago sa server syempre lahat naman gusto mag ka event hat dba ? sino ba ayaw nun ? Syempre ako natuwa ako Drop nea ee edi ako nmn si " TANGA " pulot .


About other issue sa sinasbi ni Sir Ping , ano na po ng yare ? as far as i know active pa mga GM d2 Forums and in-game pero bakit wla na reresolve na case ? and in my case ok lng un kase na un.ban n ako pero pano ung iba ? na areglo na nga wla pa. kung baga sa totoong buhay wla ng ebidensya bago mag investiga.

active po pala kau gm pa resolve naman nung issue kay azure and notti nad ung mga post ko na bot ang dami na kasi wala paring actions salamat :3

@TS it's not only the owner of the item is the TANGA in this case if you just use ur Head then I would not know that you're the one that got the item coz the victim got a proof that you're not only got the item you're trying to sell it in front of him and using the same account that got the item, Kung di ka tanga di sana ang ginawa mo ay dinelete mo un character na naka kuha nun tska mu ibinenta. Kung may UTAK ka and the reason why GM Hayley supported you because she did not know the story of it you've just reported that you got banned coz of looting an item. Sempre kht ako mag rereact dhil d ko rin alam ang story dba? And for the other case about the scamming of azure and notti Inde ko alam na scam pala un event hat na nabili ko. Don't worry I'll return it to you if you have just said in game naibalik ko na sana when u saw me wearing it.

Items on the Ground have no Owners, hence its not in someones Inventory or Storage,

therefore the New Owner of the NHP is the one who picked it up

@players above my post have you even look at my first post? Hindi sya naban dahil sa pag loot nya nung item, pero dahil may proof yun may ari ng event hat na xa un nka kuha ng item bat di nyo ba maintindihan? At binan ko ang account na un para di Nya maibenta dhil nka lagay dun sa SS na binigay nung Victim na binebenta Nya un napulot na item gamit un same account.

Pangatlo ko na tong ulit sana maintindihan nyo na.
